Simon Cooper, Rod Thomas and Martin Dixon present papers at the NUI Galway Title Registration and E-Conveyancing Conference 2017

Members of the Centre presented papers at the 2017 Title Registration and E-Conveyancing Confernece, hosted by NUI Galway in April 2017. Rod Thomas spoke about the suitability of using Blockchain in e-conveyancing; Simon Cooper spoke on the allocation of risks and indemnity in e-conveyancing transactions; and Martin Dixon spoke about embedding e-conveyancing procedures in the existing law of title registration.
